7. Cancellations and Changes

8.2 Defective Goods:

(a) Consumer guarantees under Consumer Law confer certain rights on Users. If you believe you have purchased Goods that are defective or not of acceptable quality, please contact the Company: (i) The Company will advise you on the assessment process, which may include providing photographs or sending the product for evaluation. (ii) If Goods are assessed as defective, the Company may replace the Goods, provide a complimentary repair (for minor issues), or issue a refund. 

(b) Personalized Products: For personalized Goods, consumer guarantees do not apply if: (i) The defect arises from your incorrect specifications or modifications. (ii) You were aware of the defect prior to purchase. (iii) You changed your mind after purchase. (c) Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

9. Recall of Goods
In the event of a recall, the Company will contact you using the information provided and will post details of the recall on the Website.
