Personalized Items

Once you have approved your art proof, we begin the production process. Please take a moment to carefully check all details on the proof, including spelling, dates, and names, as we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for errors that were approved. However, if there is a mistake made on our part, we will gladly replace the item at no cost to you.

Non-Personalized Items

If you are not completely satisfied with a non-personalized product, or if the item is not as described, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and returned within 30 days of purchase in its original condition.

Damaged in Transit
We take great care to ensure that your order arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping and you selected an insured shipping option, please send us a photo of the damaged product, and we will arrange a replacement.
