Shipping Policy for Ebalina Angel
At Ebalina Angel, every item is custom crafted just for you, ensuring that each product is made with the utmost care and quality. When you place your order, we print and prepare each item specifically for you, one at a time.
Processing Time and Holiday Delays
Please note that during high-demand periods, such as holidays, our processing and delivery times may experience delays of up to 10 additional business days. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs vary based on the current logistics situation. Please be aware that prices may increase during peak holiday seasons due to heightened demand and limited supply.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Orders are processed on business days, which are Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Estimated Processing and Shipping Times:
Production & Processing Time: 5-10 business days
Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 business days (from the date shipped, not the order date)
Priority Shipping Time: 5-7 business days (from the date shipped, not the order date)
Express Shipping Time: 3-6 business days (from the date shipped, not the order date)
Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can monitor your package's journey.
Personalized Orders
If your order is personalized, please allow additional time for our designer to complete the customization. The design time will depend on the complexity of your request.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to monitor your order. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not immediately available, it means the carrier has yet to process your parcel. Tracking events will populate once the parcel is scanned.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated date, please reach out to us for assistance.
Incorrect Address
It is crucial to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If there are any discrepancies or missing information, we may need to contact you, which could delay your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender. Returned orders may be donated to charity and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before contacting customer service, please double-check your provided shipping address.
If you contact the final carrier after the order has left our facility to redirect your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Can I See a Preview of My Personalised Items?
Please be advised that previews of custom items, such as photo ornaments, are not available. By placing your order, you agree to trust our expertise in creating the finished product based on your provided specifications and design choices. This policy helps us maintain efficiency and product quality. Thank you for your understanding.

Ebalina Angel's headquarters is located in the U.S., and our products are personalized here. We offer a variety of items, some shipped from our U.S. warehouse. Please note that overseas shipments may take longer than domestic shipments, but all follow the stated time frames above.
